Obligatory :
- City tax: 1.35€ per day per person
- Final Cleaning : 45€/T1-studio, 50€/T2, 70€/T3 et 85€/T4 more than 4 nights
Optional :
- Linen Rent : 15€ per person, included between 1 and 4 nights.
- Breakfast to take away on "La Résidence Les Pins" (at 100 m): 7€ per person per day.
- Baby bed: 10€ per day

In case of cancellation or late modification
- Until D-5 : without fees
- From D-4 to D-3 : 30% of the total amount.
- From D-2 to day D or no show : 100% of the total amount
